Please follow below easy steps:

Convert FAT32 file system to NTFS file system:

1)  Press Windows + R convert fat32 to ntfs key on keyboard. or

2) Click on Star menu

3)Then type cmd in the search bar and type enter to open cmd.

4) Execute “chkdsk F: /f ” (without quotes) where F is the drive name that to converted. It will automatically check for errors and fixes them.

5) Execute “Convert F: /FS:NTFS” (without quotes). F is drive that to be converted.

6) As a result, The command prompt will start the conversion process and will give you confirmation message.

7) Now, you can check in the properties of the drive for successful conversation.

With the above simple steps you can convert FAT32 to NTFS.

Please note that, you cannot use this method to reconvert NTFS file system back to FAT32.

To reconvert NTFS file system to FAT32, you will need to format the entire drive.

Therefore, by following simple step you can convert fat32 file system to ntfs.
